Jasmin Hoffmann

Jasmin is the ultimate team player, bringing dedication and versatility to every aspect of her work. As our Director of Operations, she takes on the critical role of overseeing team members and conducting internal account reviews to ensure accuracy and consistency each month for every client her team supports. Her attention to detail and passion for excellence make her uniquely suited to this leadership position.

Sharee brings over 17 years of extensive customer service experience, having honed her skills across diverse industries such as retail, hospitality, and insurance. Throughout her career, she has developed a deep understanding of the nuances and demands of each sector, allowing her to deliver personalized and effective solutions. Focused, approachable, and driven by results, Sharee serves as a Account Manager who builds strong relationships and helps connect people to the right solutions—with clarity and care. Her passion lies in providing exceptional service while truly understanding her clients' needs and exceeding their expectations. To her, clients are not just numbers but individuals with unique expectations and aspirations, and she strives to build meaningful relationships with each one. Beyond her professional life, Sharee is a dedicated mother and wife, finding balance and joy in both her family and career endeavors.
Lisa Baldwin

Lisa graduated from Longwood University with a Bachelor’s in Business Administration, concentrating in Accounting. Over the past two decades, her career has encompassed corporate accounting, banking, tax preparation, and IT, giving her a broad and practical understanding of financial systems. Alongside her professional roles, Lisa has successfully operated her own small business as a custom seamstress and costumer, honing her attention to detail and client service. Currently, she serves as our clean-up and account review specialist, responsible for organizing records, examining incoming accounts for accuracy, and providing thorough, actionable feedback.
Shanell Hess

Shanell is a dedicated mother and passionate animal lover with over 15 years of experience in administrative and customer service roles. Her career has spanned healthcare, non-profit organizations, and corporate settings, with significant time spent in the organ, tissue, and eye donation sector where she played a crucial role in facilitating life-saving donations. This experience has given her a deep sense of empathy and a strong commitment to making a meaningful difference for families and individuals.
